Triumph - Email Marketing 

Triumph International, one of the world's leading intimate apparel brands with a presence in over 120 countries, teamed up with Rejoiner to improve their email performance.

Following a successful cart abandonment campaign that significantly reduced lost sales, Rejoiner was asked to manage the brand's entire email program for the AU/NZ market. The result? Email became their top-performing channel, with a 33% increase in last-click revenue.

I contributed by developing targeted strategies for different customer segments, writing high-converting copy, and designing emails that were both visually strong and results-driven. Continuous improvement was built into the process — I ran A/B tests across subject lines, send times, and creative to identify what resonated with each segment, then iterated on designs based on performance data to keep results moving in the right direction.
