Triumph International, one of the world’s leading intimate apparel brands with a presence in over 120 countries, teamed up with Rejoiner to improve their email performance.

Following a successful cart abandonment campaign that significantly reduced lost sales, Rejoiner was asked to manage the brand’s entire email program for the AU/NZ market. The result? Email became their top-performing channel, with a 33% increase in last-click revenue. I contributed by developing targeted strategies for different customer segments, writing high-converting copy, and designing emails that were both visually strong and results-driven.
